Alix Molinier

A solid and diversified background in project management and communications, Alix Molinier brings a strategic vision to IRICoR’s communications. She plays an important role in disseminating and promoting the organization’s mandate and activities, combining scientific knowledge with a mastery of communications issues.
Alix Molinier joined IRICoR at its inception in 2009 as Project Manager, overseeing the administrative and financial management of projects in the organization’s portfolio. With over 20 years’ experience in project management, particularly in the field of biotech start-ups, she has developed an in-depth expertise combining science, human resources management and competitive strategy. In 2016, armed with her multidisciplinary skills, Alix decided to reorient her career towards communications, a field that enabled her to leverage her biotech know-how while focusing on the strategic dissemination of scientific information. Since then, she has been responsible for IRICoR’s communications, playing a key role in promoting the organization’s mission and projects.
Prior to IRICoR, Alix began her career as an analyst at the Grand Luminy incubator in Marseille, where she was in charge of competitive intelligence analyses for biotech companies. She then joined CEIM in Montreal, specializing in market analysis and competitive intelligence for high-tech companies. Before joining IRICoR, she led several projects at Pharmabio Développement, a sectoral committee focused on skills development in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.
Alix completed her engineering studies and Master II in parallel. She holds a double degree in project management specialized in biotechnology from Euromed Marseille – ESC Marseille and ESIL (École Supérieure d’Ingénieurs de Luminy). She combines rigorous scientific expertise with a mastery of communication strategies, contributing to IRICoR’s reputation.
