Nadine Beauger, Vice-President Scientific Liaison at IRICoR is invited as a speaker at the next Licensing Executives Society workshop to be held March 09, 2016 in Montreal.
The conference will be entitled “IP and Genomics”. Discussions will focus on the impact that the recent US Supreme Court decisions have had on the non-patentability of human genes and large scope diagnostic / prognostic methods, and the new examination guidelines released by the USPTO in view of these decisions, the way of doing research, as well as on strategies to overcome this barrier in order to promote innovation and economic growth.
