Mission en innovation au Royaume-Uni : A successful experience

Délégués de la mission au Francis Crick Institute

From December 9 to December 13, 2019, on the occasion of the Genesis Conference, the Ministry of Economy and Innovation, the Quebec Government Office in London and the High Commission of Canada in the United Kingdom organized an economic mission in research and innovation in the life sciences sector.

Nadine Beauger, CEO of IRICoR, was one of the ten or so representatives from the research and industry milieu who took part in the economic mission in research and innovation in the life sciences sector.

Nadine Beauger was a guest speaker at the event entitled Investing in Life Sciences – Measuring Returns and Impacts, organized by OneNucleus (Cambridge, UK) at Canada House in London. The event brought together more than fifty participants from the biopharmaceutical and financial communities, as well as from universities in Great Britain and Quebec, and was designed to provide an opportunity to meet major economic decision-makers and potential partners. The activity was held in conjunction with the 19th annual Genesis Conference.

Mrs. Nadine Beauger would like to thank the MEI for the initiative and for organizing the mission, and remains convinced that the meetings that took place and the contacts that were made will lead to future collaborations.
